Patient's question:
I've always felt that premature ejaculation is too frequent, happening once a week, and it seems to be periodic—occurring every seven or eight days. There have even been a couple of instances where I experienced it for two consecutive days.2. Every time I have sex with my girlfriend, the first time is very quick, and there have been two occasions where I even ejaculated during foreplay. I quickly get a second erection, and the duration is usually longer, lasting about 10-15 minutes, though occasionally it's shorter.
Past treatment history and effectiveness:
I haven't sought treatment. I've had two thorough check-ups:
- After mentioning my symptoms to a doctor, I had a routine prostate exam at a hospital. The doctor mentioned something about three plus signs for white blood cells, but I didn't trust it. Later, I went to another hospital, where the doctor said it's normal for my age and there's no need to worry. I only had a symbolic urinalysis, which came back normal.
Now, I don't know which opinion to trust or what kind of help to seek.
Doctor's answer:
Medical Assumption: Based on your current symptoms, it is highly likely to consider urinary and genital inflammation, such as seminal vesiculitis or prostatitis! Excessive masturbation can cause frequent and persistent congestion and irritation to the urinary and genital organs, leading to urinary inflammation. When inflammation occurs, it can cause the frequent ejaculation and discomfort you are experiencing, as well as affect your sexual function, potentially causing premature ejaculation.Advice: In such a case, it is recommended that you rest and avoid overexertion. Early medical examination and diagnosis should be conducted to treat the specific location and type of inflammation you have. This will prevent the condition from worsening and making treatment more difficult. Timely and symptomatic treatment can lead to self-recovery.
