How should ADHD be treated?

Patient's question:

My child is in class, always fidgeting and not listening, disturbing the classmates next to him. He is usually full of energy and can't sit still, and I suspect he may have ADHD. How is the best way to treat ADHD in children?

Doctor's answer:

Difficulty concentrating, hyperactivity, impulsivity. Proper education and management from family and school. Treat your child with patience, care, and love. Discipline his bad behavior and illegal actions positively, offering more guidance and encouragement. Reward him when he makes progress in behavioral therapy. Do not impose mental pressure, and never scold or physically punish him.
