Features: The initiative to publish "Selected Short Stories from EU Countries" in China was first proposed during Spain's presidency of the EU, and it was continued during the subsequent Danish presidency. With the strong support of Kunlun Publishing House, the author spent over a year selecting works, translating, and arranging the texts into a book, overcoming various details along the way, which were all resolved. Now, the author can successfully conclude this project. This book presents the literary works of fifteen European countries to the Chinese public in a collection for the first time. The success of this project relies on the efforts of cultural officials from EU member states' embassies in China, who have every reason to be proud of this remarkable achievement.
