Headache, scrotal pain, and testicular pain: How to treat

Patient's question:

I have balanitis, and my glans, scrotum, and testicles hurt. Last month, I had a thorough examination and an ultrasound of the testicles, as shown in the image. The doctor said there was no significant interference and prescribed a spray for balanitis. Now, my balanitis has improved significantly, but my testicles still hurt. Below, can you see if it's testitis? Can I take levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets? I've been taking it for a week, and the pain in my testicles is still there. Is it related to this medication?

Doctor's answer:

It's impossible to tell from the photo whether it's orchitis, as there's no redness or swelling in the scrotal skin. This has nothing to do with taking levofloxacin. This is an anti-inflammatory medication and would never cause testicular pain. Wait a week and see how it goes. There are many treatments for balanitis, but since symptoms vary among patients, the treatment methods also differ. Therefore, it's recommended that patients seek timely medical treatment once symptoms are noticed.
