Features: According to the courses required by the Ministry of Education for law schools in Chinese universities, at least some of the courses should be theoretical in nature, such as Jurisprudence, the general part of Civil Law, and the partial part of Criminal Law. In my opinion, for such courses, given that theoretical learning is the main content and purpose of teaching, the following issues should be noted when compiling teaching materials: 1. The subject of discussion should focus on "theoretical materials"; 2. Appropriate numbers of "examples" can be supplemented; 3. The selection of materials should adhere to the principle of "excellence"; 4. The materials should contain sufficient information; 5. After the discussion, supplementary discussion questions should be provided, but answers should not be given.
