Part 4 covers macrofinance, including the fundamental knowledge, theories, and policy perspectives of internal and external monetary balance and the basic principles surrounding monetary policy, with attention paid to incorporating theoretical approaches to macroeconomic regulation and international coordination. Part 5 discusses financial regulation. Part 6 presents important financial theories that are not suitable for inclusion in the aforementioned parts but hold foundational and practical significance.
