Features: In this book, through the analysis of typical cases, it explores how the law regulates related real estate issues, the causes of such issues, how to avoid them, and the shortcomings of the current industry legislation. It aims to derive other problems in the field from one issue, providing readers with more valuable information. At the same time, for controversial cases, we do not only express our own views but also include the perspectives of other legal professionals, allowing readers to think and discuss. Additionally, to more comprehensively reflect the current state of China's real estate industry development, we have invited leaders of real estate enterprises and scholars who study the field to write articles, express opinions, and provide suggestions, sharing their effective methods in their work. In summary, we strive to offer readers the best and most valuable real estate information and insights we can gather, hoping to be beneficial to them.
The real estate industry is a sector that concerns the national economy and people's livelihood. We hope that by combining our practical work experience and raising some issues related to the current development of the real estate industry—such as land and land rights, the leasing of rural land, the regulation of the second-hand housing market, and the ownership and operation rights of underground spaces—we can draw the attention of relevant authorities, with the aim of alleviating and resolving practical difficulties and conflicts.
