Features: In this book, the author's theoretical premise is that: 1. Since 1978, China has implemented the reform and opening-up policy, proposing the slogan "building socialist democracy and improving the socialist legal system." 2. The analysis of judicial functions requires attention to the reasons and grounds of judicial decisions, and even more attention to the degree of coordination, mutual inclusiveness, and mutual support among different judgments. In this book, the academic viewpoints the author attempts to explain mainly include: Introduction "Contemporary Case Study in China," which systematically examines and analyzes the theoretical research on cases by contemporary Chinese scholars, concluding that: Scholars in Taiwan region's case studies are closely integrated with the reform and improvement of the case system, forming a distinctive style. Case studies in mainland China have received continuous attention from scholars over the past two decades. Some local courts have piloted the case system, objectively creating a more urgent demand for academic research on cases. Similarly, publishing all judicial decisions of courts at all levels is an urgent task to advance China's rule of law process, providing basic materials for judges to accept case constraints, for courts to accept social media supervision, and for case research and case teaching.
