Features: This book is one of the case study textbooks in the "21st Century Legal Education Series." Since the publication of this edition, China's patent law, copyright law, and trademark law have been successively revised, and a series of administrative regulations related to intellectual property have also been promulgated. In the revised second edition, the author updated and revised the cases based on the development of relevant legislation and teaching research. The book is divided into an Introduction and Case Studies. The Introduction systematically and concisely introduces the main knowledge system of the book, which corresponds to the Case Studies section. The Case Studies section is further divided into three parts: Copyright, Patent Rights, and Trademark Rights. To enable readers to engage more realistically and learn law from real-life cases, comprehensively understanding the actual circumstances of the cases, the compilers of the book strive to objectively describe the cases and, on this basis, analyze the legal issues involved. In the commentary, relevant concepts are explained. Most of the cases collected in this book are derived from court judgments or decisions or rulings of relevant enforcement agencies, while a portion of the cases come from the writings of scholars.
