Features: To ensure that all tasks of the "Five-Five" Rule of Law Popularization Program are implemented, effectively improve the legal awareness and legal quality of all personnel in the health system, strengthen the concept of socialist rule of law, enhance the ability and level of administrative law enforcement according to law, and guarantee the successful completion of all rule of law learning tasks, we have organized and selected the "New Edition of Common Health Regulations Collection" as one of the learning materials for the "Five-Five" Rule of Law Popularization Program. This book collects 10 currently effective health laws, 33 administrative regulations, and 153 departmental rules, and divides the departmental rules into five categories: comprehensive, health supervision, medical administration, primary health care and maternal and child health, and disease control. Additionally, to facilitate reference and consultation, the book also includes 13 relevant national laws and regulations in the appendix. This book is not only a training textbook for health law knowledge but also a reference and reference book for the extensive cadres and workers in the health system during daily work.
