4. This compilation is published in twelve issues annually, with one issue per month. This is the twelfth issue of the 2006 annual edition, including 3 administrative regulations, 2 regulatory documents, 20 departmental rules submitted to the State Council for the record, and 2 judicial interpretations published in July 2006. A total of 27 items.
