However, due to various constraints, the weak state of grassroots and basic work has not been fully alleviated. Some aspects of grassroots and basic work remain in a relatively unrefined management state, and the efficiency, quality of work, and law enforcement and service standards of grassroots units and officers still need improvement. Grassroots units are the fundamental combat entities of public security organs, the image units for window services and law enforcement, and the bridges and links closest to the people. All the complexities of public security work must ultimately be realized by grassroots units. To do well in grassroots and basic work, the fundamental lies in the solid skills of officers in these units. At the same time, management must be strengthened, and standardized construction must be enhanced to truly improve internal quality and external image, bringing about a new style for the team.
