Features: Given the increasing judicial confusion regarding intellectual property infringement crimes and the lack of targeted theoretical research, we purposefully invited a group of young and middle-aged experts and scholars from law schools, judicial organs, and the legal publishing industry to jointly write this book after a period of research. In a certain sense, this book can be considered a combination of theoretical research in criminal law and practical experience in the legal protection of intellectual property. We hope that the publication of this book can provide some theoretical assistance for the criminal law adjustment of intellectual property infringement crimes in China, and also wish for a more perfect and reasonable criminal law protection system for intellectual property in China.
