Features: "Frontier Practice Issues in Administrative Litigation" won awards six times at the National Court System Academic Paper Symposium and the Beijing Court System Academic Paper Symposium. Over ten case analyses were adopted by the "Beijing Administrative Litigation Case Studies" published by Legal Press, as well as "Beijing Adjudication" by the Beijing High People's Court and "Judicial Series" by the court. Currently, the development of administrative litigation in China has entered a new historical stage, which has placed higher demands on the administrative adjudication work of people's courts. To fulfill the responsibilities entrusted by the Constitution, courts must rely not only on strong support from all sectors of society but also on a sound administrative litigation system. Although China's Administrative Litigation Law, given the country's unique historical conditions, is a well-crafted law that has played a significant role in protecting citizens' legitimate rights and interests, ensuring that administrative organs govern according to law, and advancing the process of governing according to law, it still needs further improvement in many aspects. Fortunately, the Standing Committee of the 10th NPC has included the amendment of the Administrative Litigation Law on its agenda. The Administrative Litigation Law implemented 15 years ago in China has institutional arrangements that cannot fully meet current needs and urgently requires further revision and improvement. This book is based on the realities of administrative litigation and explores frequently encountered frontier issues in the field. It is the result of reflections by judges who have long worked at the forefront of administrative adjudication. Through the publication of this book, we hope to provide some valuable references for the revision and improvement of China's administrative litigation system, and also hope that it will serve as a reference for our adjudication of administrative cases.
