Most of them are formulated by national labor and social security administrative departments, while a small portion are formulated by local labor and social security departments based on the principles and requirements of the national labor and social security administrative departments. Neither of the former nor the latter is fixed, and specific applications should be adjusted according to different situations. To provide readers with a comprehensive understanding of the documents, an introduction to the basic knowledge, main content, and preparation requirements of each document is provided before each document format. We believe it will serve as a helpful guide for readers. This book is edited by Dan Qing, with contributions from Li Chuan, Zhang Jiacao, Li Bo, Wang Dianlin, Yu Baoqing, Niu Bin, and others.
