Features: The author wrote this book with the aim of following the historical trend, taking the promotion of traditional culture and the dissemination of moral spirit as their mission. They hope that children and adolescents can start to savor traditional culture during their peak memory period, gradually digesting it over time and internalizing it as their own thoughts and spiritual essence. This approach achieves the purpose of cultivating cultural appreciation, enhancing intellectual abilities, and refining character in children and adolescents. In this series, "Introduction to Children's National Culture Classics," we have selected 20 classical texts from ancient China. These texts are simple and accessible, with annotations and translations of the original content, accompanied by vivid cartoon illustrations to help children grasp the meaning and spirit within. During the writing process, we approached the selection of materials with great care, emphasizing the precision of annotations and striving for accuracy in our comments. The learning potential and absorption capacity of children and adolescents are beyond imagination for adults. We advocate that parents and teachers should provide guidance and focus on cultivating children's self-learning abilities. Learning methods should be simple and practical—ideally starting with recitation, followed by familiarization, then memorization, and finally reflection. We encourage parents and teachers to recite with children, leading them while also further enriching themselves with moral and cultural.
