Features: A market economy is a rule of law economy. To adapt to the new requirements of the market economy in the 21st century and to meet the new challenges of "accession to the WTO," we aim to cultivate high-quality legal professionals. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education on the curriculum for law majors in ordinary universities, we have organized teachers from more than ten law faculties to write this series of textbooks for use by undergraduate and junior college law students. This textbook has the following characteristics:

This series of textbooks strives to incorporate the latest findings in legal theory research and cutting-edge theoretical perspectives, adopting newly promulgated laws and regulations, especially those issued or revised in China after its accession to the WTO.

As an integrated series, we paid attention to the scientificity and logic of the internal structure of each book while also ensuring the cross-disciplinary connections and coherence between different subjects, avoiding repetition and omissions.
3. Focuses on foundational textbooks and reasonably controls the difficulty level of the content. This series of textbooks is designed according to the requirements of undergraduate legal education and the National Unified Judicial Examination in terms of depth and breadth, balancing academic foresight with the fundamental framework, basic knowledge, and core theories of law. It aims to make the content easily understandable and achievable for undergraduate students.
4. Concise, practical, and easy to understand. Tailored to the characteristics of undergraduate students and the course schedules, this textbook is designed to be brief and to the point, emphasizing practicality, adhering to writing norms, and using clear and accessible language to facilitate self-study.
