Features: The book is titled "Introduction to Aesthetic Philosophy" for several reasons: , art and philosophy are both ways for humans to understand and interpret the world and life. In academic terms, they are both methods for humans to grasp the world, but they express their understanding of the world and life through different methods and symbols. Second, art and philosophy are closely linked. In artworks and artistic concepts, there permeate and integrate many philosophical ideas. An artistic work without philosophical depth is difficult to inspire and leave a lasting impression, and a creator without a philosophical mind cannot be considered a great artist. On the other hand, great philosophical works are also imbued with artistic elements. Good philosophical works can be considered artistic masterpieces. Don’t believe it? Read Zhuangzi, Laozi, and Confucius. Scholars who study art theory would dare to say they don’t read the works of philosophers like Aristotle, Kant, Hegel, and Heidegger? If anyone dares not to read these philosophers’ works, we dare not read their books. Third, every valuable philosophical theory and artistic concept is rooted deep in the core of our human nature. They are flowers and fruits that grow from the tree of human nature. Therefore, we can view art from a philosophical perspective or understand philosophy from an artistic perspective. In this book, I have always tried to understand art from a philosophical perspective, hence the title "Aesthetic Philosophy."
