Features: To systematically understand the fracture mechanisms of superalloys under different environmental conditions and the characteristics of their fracture surface morphology, the author has collected and organized fracture related to commonly used superalloys in China and standard mechanical property testing items in recent years. This atlas is compiled according to the domestic classification and specifications of superalloys. The atlas gathers 5 major categories, 36 specifications, and 1,046 high-temperature scanning electron microscope images of deformed superalloys, cast superalloys, powder metallurgy superalloys, dispersion-strengthened superalloys, and intermetallic compound high-temperature materials. It also describes and explains the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of the fracture surfaces in the images in combination with the physical and metallurgical behaviors of the corresponding alloys. This atlas can serve as a practical reference book for engineering technicians and scientific researchers engaged in the research, production, and application of superalloys in fields such as aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, and construction. It can also be used as a textbook and teaching reference for teachers and postgraduate students in the field of materials science and engineering. The book mainly introduces deformed superalloys, cast superalloys, and powder metallurgy superalloys.
