In organizing corporate financial activities, it is essential to establish the concept of the time value of money and the value of investment risk; financial analysis is the analysis and evaluation of the process and results of corporate financial activities based on accounting data and specialized methods; corporate mergers and acquisitions are one form of capital operations for enterprises in the market economy; the organization of corporate financial activities and mergers and acquisitions ultimately aim to achieve the financial management goal of maximizing corporate value or maximizing shareholder wealth.
This book consists of 18 chapters. The first 12 chapters mainly discuss the basic concepts and theories of financial management, capital investment decisions, long-term financing decisions and capital structure decisions, short-term financing and working capital management decisions; the last 6 chapters introduce various special conditions of corporate financial management in the form of special topics.
