This book is divided into four parts, mainly collecting some writings from approximately 10 years between 1995 and 2005. Most of them were publicly published, while some were systematically elaborated at conferences. The first part "Self-Cultivation" primarily consists of my reflections as a leader; the second part "Managing Affairs" focuses on specific work and reflects the flexible and practical application of traditional Chinese culture; the third part "Social Conduct" and the fourth part "Diligent Learning" are insights and reflections on life and reading during work-free time, expressing my thought methods and life attitudes from different perspectives. The basic viewpoints and content of the selected writings remain unchanged, with only some technical editing of the text. Due to the wide time span, the background and context of each completed manuscript vary, so some viewpoints may inevitably overlap in application. However, each specific manuscript retains its relative independence and significance.
