Features: Corruption is a cancer on the body of human society and a major challenge for governments worldwide. To minimize corruption, the fundamental issue lies in establishing and improving a comprehensive and effective system of national integrity institutions, and fully leveraging the intended role of these integrity mechanisms. The author begins by analyzing the phenomenon of corruption, taking institutional shortages as the starting point, and conducts research on integrity institutions. This expands the study of individual integrity institutions to the research of the entire system of integrity institutional design, with a focus on the practical analysis of contemporary China's integrity institutional design and relevant countermeasure analysis. It proposes a basic theoretical framework and a combination of countermeasures for integrity institutional design. The four theoretical pillars that form the basic framework of the integrity institutional design system are: transforming government functions, regulating the relationship between the Party and the government, constructing a supervision system, and strengthening quality education. Correspondingly, the eight specific countermeasure combinations related to these pillars consist of integrity prevention mechanisms, supervision mechanisms, incentive mechanisms, education mechanisms, guarantee mechanisms, and operational mechanisms. The main features of this book's research lie in: first, starting with the analysis of the phenomenon of corruption and taking institutional shortages as the entry point to conduct research on integrity institutions, breaking the historical cycle of "ideological education—institutional regulation—ideological education"...
