As the main implementer of policies, governments of various countries can regulate the development status of the entire economic and social systems through expansion and contraction of fiscal revenue and expenditure, adjustment of revenue and expenditure structures, and reform of methods and approaches, etc., to promote goals such as economic development, full employment, social harmony, ecological balance, and sustainable utilization of resources. Compared to developed countries, developing countries face much greater difficulties in using fiscal policy. This is mainly determined by the level of economic development in developing countries. The purpose of this book is to explore the direction of reform and improvement of China's fiscal policy through comparisons of fiscal policies in different developing countries.
