Features: Research in behavioral science indicates that the establishment of close and harmonious relationships among people often occurs not during formal work interactions but through informal exchanges outside of work hours. If a company not only provides channels for employees to connect at work but also builds a platform to form social relationship bonds, it will help facilitate emotional communication among employees, strengthen mutual trust, and in turn promote collaboration in the workplace, indirectly enhancing work performance. While it is important to persuade through reason and move people through emotion (emotional management), it is also essential to ensure that those being managed act accordingly (guidelines, rules, systems), meaning emotional management must be combined with institutional management. During the management process, it is crucial to focus on emotional investment in employees while also supplementing it with practical and feasible institutional management to address the shortcomings of emotional management.
