Features: A shocking incident occurs in the Jinling Royal Mansion, where the queen is harmed. Chief of Police Yang recruits the talented martial artist Yue Xiuqi to investigate the bloody case. Yue Xiu receives the secret martial arts transmission, becoming invincible in both fists, palms, and weapons. The young hero arrives at Yang's mansion and encounters Miss Yang Yuanyan, dressed in a red silk robe, green silk skirt, and yellow embroidered shoes, with her hair styled in an elegant updo. She smiles charmingly, exuding allure, walking gracefully toward Yue Xiu with delicate steps. After a bow of respect, Yue Xiu touches her hand, and she quickly twists her body with astonishing agility, revealing her deep martial arts foundation.
Yue Xiu and Yuanyan infiltrate the royal mansion and discover that the queen's death was orchestrated by the black organization—the Dragon and Phoenix Society. Its members have infiltrated from the imperial palace to local governments, inciting internal chaos and harming the state. To eliminate the traitors, heroes like Yue Xiu, Yuanyan, Tan Yun, and Ma Peng escort the Seventh Prince into the capital. They submit a memorial, and with the emperor's approval, Yue Xiu is enfeoffed as the Commoner Marquis, granted the Golden Phoenix Shears, and given the authority to act without prior approval.
Yue Xiu, Yuanyan, and the other heroes are ordered to eliminate the faction loyal to the emperor and purge the Dragon and Phoenix Society. They fight and kill the society's leader, ending a bloody catastrophe.
