(Illustrated Collector's Edition) Bach: A Biography

Author: (American) LanGLon, translated by Wu Mei
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-07-01
Features: Like the other works describing the history of human civilization that we have read by LanGLon, in this book, he makes the old Bach, who is distant from our time, seem amiable and approachable. In his engaging musical stories, readers can appreciate the vivid personality of a person amidst the secular life of the time. At the same time, LanGLon's light and humorous writing occasionally takes readers from the past back to the present, using rich imagination to connect contemporary life details with historical scenes.
