Execution is not everything, the ant theory of going beyond execution! When we were still struggling to seek profound and difficult theories from masters, the ants had already told us everything. Through continuous cross-study, people have found that ants have a healthy execution mindset and unwavering execution ability, striving to complete all tasks. The communication method of ants avoids the information bias often found in interpersonal organizational communication. Ants have an amazing team spirit that amazes humans, and this sincere cooperation among group members gives them quick and irresistible collective strength, making up for the defects of individual strength. In addition, as an organization, the ant colony has reasonable personnel processes, a habit of focusing on key tasks, and an altruistic value system. This book elaborates on the life patterns and internal principles of ant colonies, pointing out the aspects worth learning and reference for human organizations or enterprises, and attempts to guide readers to achieve a profound transformation from valuing "process" to valuing "values." On the basis of valuing "execution," perfect execution, improve execution ability, and then take a small step forward and upward to value corporate culture, relying on the enhancement of corporate culture to drive the enhancement of corporate execution ability.
