Features: This book is a specialized technical reading material on the principles and applications of non-contact IC cards (including standard non-contact IC cards and electronic tags) published domestically. The book is divided into 3 parts (19 chapters), including:
Part 1: Basics
It first introduces the development, current status, and future of non-contact IC cards, as well as their characteristics, classifications, and an overview of international standards. Then, it discusses the system architecture of non-contact IC cards, the communication principles between cards and readers, the structural mechanisms and internal configurations of cards and readers. Finally, it introduces the "anti-collision" issue of non-contact IC cards in combination with the ISO/IEC 14443-3 and ISO/IEC 15693-3 international standards.
Part 2: Principles
It provides a detailed introduction to the performance and principles of various non-contact IC cards and readers, including AT24RF08 non-contact memory cards, Mifare series non-contact IC cards and readers, FeliCa series non-contact CPU cards and readers, as well as several dual-interface cards and electronic tags such as Tag-it, I-CODE1, AT88RF256, and T5557, along with their corresponding readers.
Part 3: Applications
It first outlines the application markets of non-contact IC cards, then focuses on introducing four application forms of non-contact IC cards: "Campus Card and One-Card System," "Automatic Toll Collection for Roads, Bridges, and Tunnels," "Automatic Fare Collection for Urban Public Transportation," and "ICC and GPS Technology for Security, Defense, and Management Control in Large-Scale Sports Events."
The primary readers of this book are engineering technicians engaged in non-contact IC card chips, cards, equipment, system integration, and maintenance, as well as faculty and students from higher education institutions in related fields. It can also serve as a reference for scientists and technicians in logistics management, process control, intelligent transportation, cultural and sports venues, and campus informatization construction, as well as self-learners interested in non-contact IC cards.
The book is divided into 3 parts and 19 chapters, covering topics such as the system architecture and card-reader communication principles of non-contact IC cards, the principles and structures of non-contact cards, and the principles and structures of non-contact readers.
