Features: According to the "Provisional Regulations on the Qualification System for Constructors" (No. 111 of Renfa [2002]) and the "Implementation Measures for the Qualification Examination for Constructors" (No. 16 of Guorénbùfa [2004]) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, the Construction Qualification Examination Syllabus Compilation Committee, commissioned by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, organized the writing of the "Syllabus for the First-Level Constructor Qualification Examination," which was approved by the Ministry of Personnel. This syllabus includes four subjects: "Construction Engineering Economics," "Construction Project Management," "Construction Engineering Laws and Related Knowledge," and "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (divided into 14 specialties: Building, Highway, Railway, Civil Aviation Airport, Port and Waterway, Water Conservancy and Hydropower, Electric Power, Mining, Smelting, Petrochemical, Urban Public Utilities, Telecommunications and Broadcasting, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, and Decoration and Renovation). The "Syllabus for the First-Level Constructor Qualification Examination" includes: Syllabus Compilation Notes; Syllabus Code Explanation; Examination Instructions; Syllabus for the "Construction Engineering Economics" Subject; Syllabus for the "Construction Project Management" Subject; Syllabus for the "Construction Engineering Laws and Related Knowledge" Subject; Syllabus for the "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (Decoration and Renovation Engineering) Subject; and Sample Exam Questions.
