How should prostatic cysts be diagnosed and treated?

Patient's question:

I have always had a embarrassing problem: I often feel the urgent need to go to the toilet, and once during a meeting, I couldn't get to the toilet in time, resulting in my underwear getting wet, which was very embarrassing; sometimes after going to the toilet, I feel difficulty urinating, a bit painful, and a sense of incomplete urination. How should it be diagnosed and treated?

Doctor's answer:

1. Ultrasound examination showed dark areas in the prostate region with irregular morphology and uneven capsule light bands.
2. Cultivation of pus from the prostate abscess is mostly Staphylococcus aureus.
3. Digital rectal examination reveals significant reduction in gland size, which may affect one or two lobes, asymmetry, severe tenderness, softness with shock, and after the abscess ruptures and pus is discharged, it forms a cavity with a concave sensation during rectal examination.
4. Urethral contrast imaging shows that one side of the abscess causes urethral displacement, with contrast leakage outside the urethra or contrast retention.
5. Pus can be aspirated through perineal or urethral scope puncture, confirming the diagnosis.
