Features: I have always wanted to provide secretaries with a simple and practical work guide in one book. After publishing the "Complete Encyclopedia of Secretary Professional Standards," a set of eight books totaling over 2 million words, this became possible. However, due to the specialization of professions, senior secretaries, corporate secretaries, administrative secretaries, and business secretaries were introduced separately in the encyclopedia, with little overlapping content. This was not very convenient for secretaries in small and medium-sized enterprises who did not have such clear specialization. After all, from the perspective of practicality and convenience, comprehensive categorization is always better than segmented one.
