Patient's question:
How is oligospermia treated well? How is oligospermia treated well, what are the reasons that cause it? How is oligospermia treated well?Doctor's answer:
Hello, the common causes of oligospermia are poor function of the testes in producing sperm, resulting in a low sperm count. In such cases, the testes are small and have a soft texture when touched. Some patients with oligospermia have normal-sized testes that can produce sufficient sperm, but the ducts through which sperm are delivered are not fully unobstructed, preventing all sperm from being expelled, which leads to oligospermia. In very few cases among young men, oligospermia is caused by excessive sexual activity. They mistakenly believe that increasing the frequency of sexual intercourse will improve the chances of conception, but ironically, it results in oligospermia.
