Features: This book follows a research path of "problem identification — research premise and hypothesis — generation of new strategic thinking — construction of strategic system model — interpretation of the strategic system model — conclusion." During the research process, it first analyzes the relationship between the nature of the environment and sustainable competitive advantage, identifying the coupling relationship between the environment and sustainable competitive advantage. On this basis, it organizes, summarizes, and analyzes relevant literature on corporate sustainable competitive advantage. Through the ideas, viewpoints, and dynamic system theory of corporate sustainable competitive advantage construction in a dynamic and complex environment. Based on the theoretical thinking of corporate sustainable competitive advantage, it establishes a dynamic system model for corporate sustainable competitive advantage. This model analyzes corporate sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic and complex environment from three dimensions: the foundation of its generation, the driving force of its leap, and the path of its leap. These three dimensions constitute the three basic components of the model, each consisting of multiple elements. Among them, four elements — industrial environment, strategic resources, dynamic capabilities, and institutional norms — jointly form the foundation platform for the generation of competitive advantage, laying the groundwork for its emergence. Four elements — organizational learning, corporate culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and dynamic capabilities — collectively form the driving force for the leap of competitive advantage, providing the impetus for its transition into sustainable competitive advantage. Three elements — continuous innovation, strategic flexibility, and customer value — together constitute the path of competitive leap, offering a basis for path selection to avoid deviation from the correct direction during the leap process. To delve deeper into these elements and their roles in sustainable competitive advantage, the book subsequently provides a detailed theoretical analysis and explanation of the connotations of these elements, the relationships between the elements and sustainable competitive advantage, as well as the interrelationships among these elements. This book focuses on analyzing the issue of sustainable competitive advantage from theoretical and logical perspectives. The primary purpose of this theoretical research is to lay the foundation for further practical validation and application, proposing a new research perspective and analytical method for the theoretical research and practical application of corporate sustainable competitive advantage in dynamic and complex environments. Thus, it aims to contribute to the continued in-depth exploration of research in this field.
