Features: The process of curriculum reform is filled with intellectual complexity, the complexity of participants, and the complexity of procedural actions. The various complexities of curriculum reform call for effective curriculum leadership. The complex intellectual issues in curriculum reform require curriculum leaders to think carefully, make deliberate choices, and persist in these choices in practice; the complex interpersonal relationships in curriculum reform require curriculum leaders to influence and coordinate, and complete the great cause of curriculum reform in practice; the complex technical issues in curriculum reform also need to be handled by curriculum leaders with a professional perspective. It can be said that it is precisely the increasingly complex process of curriculum reform that has given rise to curriculum leadership. This book is primarily divided into two parts in structure. The first part is the theory of curriculum reform, which provides a comprehensive discussion of the basic theoretical issues of curriculum reform. Through these discussions of basic issues, we attempt to establish a holographic map of curriculum reform in the readers' minds, allowing them to understand and grasp curriculum reform, thereby laying a macro background foundation for understanding school curriculum leadership. The second part is about curriculum leadership, where we start from the basic concepts and theories of school curriculum leadership to understand its role and significance in curriculum reform, as well as its current development trends. On this basis, we have constructed a strategy system for school curriculum leadership—the "Four-Element" model for promoting teacher participation in curriculum reform.
