Can there be a way to improve oligospermia?

Patient's question:

I have been married for more than three years. I have never taken any contraceptive measures, but my wife has not become pregnant. She has gone to Renmin Hospital for thorough examination and was diagnosed with infertility and azoospermia. I found that I lack energy during sexual activity and get very easily tired, while I also feel extremely exhausted mentally. Is there a way to treat azoospermia?

Doctor's answer:

1. Try not to wear tight pants. If you do, it's best not to wear them for less than two hours at a time.
2. The bath water temperature is best kept around 30 degrees Celsius. It's also a good idea to use cold water to rinse the private area daily, which is beneficial for preventing inflammation caused by smegma. Additionally, avoid using soaps or other products to wash the private area, as this can easily destroy the natural immune environment of the urethra, leading to inflammation. Some ingredients in soaps may also kill sperm, so it's better to use clean water or specially formulated male wash.
