How can epididymal malformation be treated well?

Patient's question:

How is testicular torsion treated? Now I'm constantly overthinking, making this condition seem extremely to me because I don't understand it at all. I feel anxious and can't eat or sleep. How can I effectively treat testicular torsion?

Doctor's answer:

When orchidopexy does not affect fertility, no treatment is necessary. Segmental orchidopexy can be treated with epididymal tubule vas deferens anastomosis. Under a surgical microscope magnified 10 to 20 times, two methods of epididymal vas deferens anastomosis are used. Epididymal head cysts can be treated with puncture aspiration anesthesia and sclerosing agents, but due to a high recurrence rate, this method is less safe and reliable than surgical approaches and is rarely used now. In cases of orchidectomy, the condition itself cannot be treated, and the main issue is to address fertility problems. Orchiditis tends to recur, requiring long-term oral medication.
