Features: To further advance teaching reform and improve teaching quality, the Textbook Review Committee of China University of Political Science and Law organized a group of long-term law education faculty members to meticulously compile this New Era Series of Higher Political and Law College Textbooks. This series strives to meet the new requirements of higher law education teaching reform. In terms of content, this series focuses on incorporating the latest achievements in domestic and international law education and research, keeping an eye on the world, the future, and the practical needs of China's rule of law construction. It emphasizes the unity of knowledge, theory, and practice. Specifically, the series highlights the systematic nature of disciplinary knowledge; the methods of identifying, analyzing, and solving problems; the collection of typical cases, organization of reference materials, and the compilation of various exercises. All these efforts will not only inspire students' independent learning, enhance their comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities but also facilitate students' learning and teachers' utilization of new teaching methods and the organization of diverse teaching formats.
In terms of format, this series inherits the strengths of traditional textbooks while striving for innovation to meet the new demands of higher education reform and development in the 21st century. The contributors to this series are either influential academic predecessors in the field of law or emerging scholars in legal research. All of them are frontline teachers with extensive teaching experience, deeply understanding the characteristics and principles of law education. This series is the culmination of their long-term dedication to law teaching and research.
