Features: The intended readers of this book are senior undergraduate students or first-year graduate students in economics at universities. They have been exposed to some basic knowledge of game theory while studying microeconomics, but it is neither deep nor systematic. In this book, the author strives to provide a systematic explanation of game theory while also making it accessible and easy to understand, focusing on helping students grasp and apply the concepts. To fully understand game theory, students are required to have a certain level of knowledge in economics and mathematics. Although the author will make every effort to explain and elaborate as comprehensively as possible, thinking remains the reader's own responsibility. If readers encounter confusing sections, in addition to being "curious," actively taking notes is also crucial. As the saying goes, "a good memory is not as good as a bad pen," and writing down things opens up a whole new world. Finally, mastering this course requires reviewing the material multiple times, and if possible, reading the reference books listed at the end of the book would be even better. The structure of this book is divided into two parts and four chapters. Part 1 is Static Game, consisting of two chapters: Chapter 2 - Complete Information Static Game and Chapter 3 - Incomplete Information Static Game. The second part is Dynamic Game, also consisting of two chapters: Chapter 4 - Complete Information Dynamic Game and Chapter 5 - Incomplete Information Dynamic Game. In the book, the parts in bold are mainly proofs and extensions. Readers can skip them without affecting their understanding.
