Features: Physics is the foundation of all natural sciences, and high-tech industries rely heavily on it. The "Fundamentals of University Physics" course is an important theoretical course for agricultural, forestry, and water conservancy institutions. It plays a role that cannot be replaced by other courses in cultivating students' scientific qualities and scientific thinking methods, as well as enhancing their scientific research abilities. In the teaching of the "Fundamentals of University Physics" course, doing exercises is an indispensable part. Through it, students can more accurately and deeply understand the basic concepts, theorems, and laws of university physics, develop the habit of analyzing problems, and improve their problem-solving skills. In comprehensive universities, normal universities, and science and engineering institutions, "Physics Problem Discussion Classes" are usually offered. However, due to various reasons, agricultural, forestry, and water conservancy institutions have very few class hours for physics courses and do not offer "Physics Problem Discussion Classes." As a result, students encounter many difficulties when learning physics, especially lacking appropriate review materials for physics exams. To address this deficiency, we have provided concise solutions for every exercise (a total of 254 exercises) in the textbook "Fundamentals of University Physics" (edited by Jin Zhonghui and Liang Deyu, published by Science Press). The chapters and exercise numbers used are the same as those in the aforementioned textbook. For the convenience of readers, the main content and key formulas of each chapter are listed at the beginning of the exercise solutions for each chapter. Additionally, relevant physical constant tables and other reference materials are provided at the end of the book.
