Features: Library management is a science, and library management activities are an art. Library management work is a skillful combination of science and art. The success or failure of management work depends not only on the level of management theory but more on the actual management capabilities, i.e., the ability to combine the two. Therefore, as a job training textbook, "Library Management Work" aims to discuss and explore how to run a library well and manage various aspects of library work. The book is divided into ten chapters, with a logical order of management theory, management systems, management methods, management objects and content, and management benefit evaluation, ending with a look into future management development. During the writing process, we have tried to incorporate some achievements in management research while integrating new practices in current library management reforms, striving to make the book practical and reflective of contemporary characteristics.
