Features: To help students at all levels better learn the course of Administrative Litigation Law, we have compiled this teaching aid book for Administrative Litigation Law. This book is divided into three parts. The first part is the teaching syllabus, which is the main content for teachers during instruction and the key points students need to master. The second part is Thinking and Exercises, which is primarily designed and written for students to prepare for exams in Administrative Litigation Law courses. It includes fill-in-the-blank questions, true-or-false questions (including judgment with reasoning and judgment with correction), multiple-choice questions (including single-choice and multiple-choice), term definition questions, short-answer questions, essay questions, and case analysis questions. Each type of question is further divided into an explanation of the question-answering patterns and exam-taking skills, practice questions, and reference answers. Some fill-in-the-blank, true-or-false, and multiple-choice questions are composed of small cases, covering a wide range of knowledge points and offering flexible and diverse formats, which will be helpful for students preparing for the bar exam. Some essay and case analysis questions are highly comprehensive, requiring a higher level of theoretical knowledge and mastery of legal concepts, making them suitable as reference materials for undergraduate students preparing for postgraduate entrance exams. The third part is the simulated exam papers, with difficulty, question types, and quantities equivalent to those of self-study exams, serving as review materials for students preparing for self-study exams.
