The compilers of this book are staff members from CIETAC, its Shanghai Branch, and its Shenzhen Branch. They have long been engaged in arbitration work and have handled a large number of arbitration cases. During the compilation process, the compilers made necessary formal adjustments and technical treatments for each award and added summaries to each award, while striving to maintain the completeness of the arbitration awards to ensure readers have a clear understanding of the arbitration decisions.
