Features: International adoption is a highly notable social phenomenon in modern international society. Its emergence and development have presented a new challenge to the legal community. Part One begins by examining the evolution of adoption systems in various countries, providing an insight into the mechanisms of international adoption law and exploring issues such as its concept, nature, and sources. Part Two conducts a systematic comparative study of specific domestic legal provisions related to adoption, revealing the concrete manifestations of legal conflicts in international adoption and analyzing the theory and practice of legal application in international adoption, as well as related issues. Part Three focuses on historical and theoretical investigations into the unification process of international adoption law, particularly conducting a concrete empirical analysis of the new achievement of the Hague Conference on Private International Law's Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in respect of Cross-Border Adoption, and outlining the broad prospects for the unification movement. Part Four emphasizes the analysis of the current status and improvement strategies of China's foreign-related adoption legislation, visually addressing interregional legal conflicts in adoption law in China, seeking solutions, and exploring the possibilities and realities of China's integration into the unification process of international adoption law.
