Features: Exploring judicial reform within the context of the rule of law has become a mainstream discourse in the current legal field. In institutional reform, ideas must come first, making the role of theoretical pioneers particularly important. Therefore, we have launched the column 【Research on Wang Guima's Procuratorial Thought】, featuring six articles commemorating the renowned legal scholar and a key founder of Chinese procuratorial theory, Mr. Wang Guiwu. In the 【Legal Supervision】column, we have selected four relevant articles. The study "Theoretical Research on Procuratorial Supervision in Criminal Trials" argues from the perspective of the rule of law about the effectiveness of procuratorial supervision in criminal trials; while "An Initial Exploration of the State Intervention System in Public Interest Litigation" and "Research on the Procuratorial Organ as the Initiator of Civil Litigation" delve into the issues of procuratorial supervision in civil litigation. In the 【Procuratorial Reform】section of this volume, we have also selected articles with a spirit of debate and discussion, such as "The Constitutional Status of Procuratorial Organs," "Rational Reflections on Procuratorial Reform in China," and "Economic Globalization and the Reform of China's Procuratorial System." This volume also includes articles that explore and broaden perspectives, such as "Research on the Case Collaboration Mechanism in Self-Reporting Cases," "Research on Investigative Strategies for Duty Crimes," and "Research on the Pre-Trial Disclosure System of Evidence." We believe these articles will be beneficial to judicial practice departments.
