Features: During our exchanges with scholars from Japan's legal community, we found that Japanese scholars and Chinese scholars have some differences in research habits and methods. Japanese scholars pay more attention to the details of the law, focus on interpreting legal provisions, and are less inclined to criticize existing laws. Japanese legislation is also relatively cautious. In contrast, Chinese scholars tend to pay more attention to macro-level content and focus more on aspects related to the law, while paying less attention to the details of the law itself. The legislative speed of Chinese laws is also relatively fast. Laws enacted are also more likely to encounter dissatisfaction from domestic scholars. Of course, scholars point out the shortcomings of their own laws from a good and perfect perspective. This book compiles papers from some young scholars in China and Japanese scholars into this collection. By reading this collection, we can see the differences in academic styles and research methods between Chinese and Japanese scholars.
