When writing this book, the author paid attention to the following principles:
⑴ Arrange the content in accordance with the style and order of the textbook to facilitate students' study and research;
⑵ Try to select cases that involve difficult and controversial issues in the knowledge points, with appropriately challenging cases.
⑶ In the "Issues" section, introduce the legal application issues involved in the case and summarize the relevant difficult and controversial issues.
⑷ In the "Annotations" section, try to cover basic concepts, principles, and legal and legal interpretation provisions, closely combining relevant theory and practice issues. In order to comprehensively and deeply explain the theory and principles of criminal law, the content of annotations is not limited to the issues involved in the case facts themselves, but extends appropriately.
