Features: The purpose of the "Forum" is: to stand on the needs of China's reform and opening-up and the establishment of a socialist market economy system for economic legal systems, to conduct comparative research and learn from the economic legislation of other countries and regions, to delve into the fundamental theories of economic law and the specific systems of sectoral economic laws, to promote the development of China's economics teaching and research to a higher level, and to make contributions to the legislation and practice of China's economic law. Based on the collected papers, the second volume of the "Forum" is divided into the following academic sections: Basic Theories of Economic Law, Company and Securities Legal System, Venture Capital Legal System, Financial Legal System, Legal System for the Management and Operation of State-owned Assets, and the Economic Legal System Improvement after Joining the World Trade Organization. However, this is not our view on the scope of economic law regulation and the economic law system. We will set the sections based on the content of the papers collected each time.
