Features: The Legal Master's (JM) program, a professional degree program for postgraduate education, was approved in April 1995 and piloted in 1996, marking the establishment of China's applied higher-level legal talent education system. Constitution is one of the "National Legal Master's Professional Degree Teaching and Learning Materials." This book adopts a thematic arrangement in line with the characteristics of JM teaching. It divides the fundamental issues of the commercial law discipline, particularly the core issues, into several themes. Each theme covers the basic theories, knowledge, problems, and methods related to it, emphasizing the teaching of methods and the training of abilities. At the same time, it maximizes the reflection of new judicial practices and cutting-edge issues in the discipline, timely incorporating new research findings, academic trends, and development directions. This book is edited by two renowned legal scholars, Professor Zhou Yezhong and Professor Han Dayuan, with contributions from sixteen distinguished scholars and professors in China, ensuring that it is a textbook that is innovative in form, scientific in content, cutting-edge, and applicable.
