The report argues that the credit system for listed companies is a comprehensive system, with "listed credit" being a unique form of credit for listed companies, and the effectiveness of corporate governance serving as the foundation of listed company credit. The Foreign Commercial Law section features three papers, and the Master's Theses section includes two papers.
