Features: This series of teaching materials was organized and compiled by the Textbook Review Committee of China University of Political Science and Law, based on the practical needs of teaching in ordinary higher vocational colleges of political science and law. Its characteristics are as follows: First, it emphasizes the practicality of teaching. It not only values the theoretical nature of legal textbooks but also emphasizes their operational aspects, ensuring that students remain in a theoretical and practical learning environment throughout the process. Second, it enjoys high credibility. The chief editors of this series of textbooks have been carefully selected by the Textbook Review Committee. They all possess strong teaching and research capabilities, as well as extensive practical experience in judicial practice. They have experience in legal practice, prosecution, adjudication, and legislation. Their work as chief editors establishes a high starting point for the quality of the textbooks. Third, this series of textbooks focuses on knowledge, emphasizing the cultivation of students' thinking methods and analytical abilities. It integrates modern analytical methods and ways of thinking into the textbooks, making them more distinctive in terms of methodology. In summary, we strive to make this series of textbooks as closely aligned as possible with the current demands of legal education. During the process of organizing and compiling this series of textbooks, there are also shortcomings, and we hope our colleagues will provide more constructive criticism. We will continue to work hard to organize and compile more and better textbooks for students.
